At Unipak The Shop, we believe in making a positive difference in our society. As part of our ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), we recently collaborated with the National Autism Centre (NAC) during Autism Awareness Month. This partnership was an opportunity for us to extend our support to a cause close to our hearts while also highlighting the meaningful contributions of individuals on the autism spectrum.
Through this collaboration, we provided NAC with their customised and printed packages needed to put together their latest sensory materials. The Sensory Box is a kit made by NAC and available at the sensory room at Rafic Hariri International Airport. The kit is especially designed for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities presenting sensory processing problems to help them elevate anxiety and regulate their moods during flights. The box contains sensory items like chewable toys and fidgets aimed to bring them comfort, calm, and entertainment.
